Materials:
- Are your earrings lead and nickel free?
- Yes! Our earrings are lead and nickel compliant. We use stainless steel hooks and posts. If you have super sensitive ears these may not be ideal for your ears unless you switch out the hooks to a material suitable for your ear sensitivity.
- What are your teardrop leather earrings made from?
- We use colored and designed printed faux leather materials, stainless steel post earrings, dyed threads, and other materials.
- Are your earrings handmade?
- We started out making our own faux leather earrings and found we didn't have the time nor the resources to keep up with the demand. We still have a few designs that were handmade but we now source most of our products out of the country.
Shipping

How often do you ship?
- We ship out as many orders as we can each day, except for Saturday and Sunday. We are located in California so depending on your location, packages usually arrive between 3-10 days.
- Do you ship internationally?
- YES! We love shipping to our international customers and try to keep our shipping prices as low as possible.
- How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
- The shipping time will depend on your location. However, it usually takes only 3-7 business days.
- How can I pay for my order?
- We offer safe shopping and accept payment via Paypal, Credit card, or Debit card. We also offer payment options using Sezzle.
Returns
- Do you accept returns?
- Yes! We want to make sure you are pleased with your purchase. Please contact us kelly@kellymack.co within 14 days of purchase to start a return. After 14 days we cannot accept any returns, no exceptions.
- We will replace or refund your item as soon as we receive your item. (Once a return has been started we must receive your item within 14 days for the return to still be valid.)
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost
